OC Employees at Work in the Community

One of OstermanCron’s six core values is Character. The Character Council has identified 49 Character Qualities as being vital components to developing good character including:

  • Benevolence: “Giving to others’ basic needs without having as my motive personal reward.”
  • Compassion: “Investing whatever is necessary to heal the hurts of others.”
  • Generosity: “Carefully managing my resources so I can freely give to those in need.”

Reaching out in the community to help others puts these character traits to work.
