Objective: Cadence Network was moving to larger corporate offices in downtown Cincinnati to accommodate its growth. After consulting closely with its employees, the company outlined precise requirements for selecting office furniture.

The workstations needed to invite collaboration rather than stifle interaction.

Workspaces needed adequate storage to minimize clutter.

Natural light from the expanse of windows needed to reach every employee.

Use of some existing furniture needed to co-mingle with new furniture.

The overall space needed to convey a high-tech, airy, feeling with interesting finishes.

Finally, it was important that the furniture supported Cadence's commitment to environmental sustainability and met industry standards for the long term protection of the environment.

Project and Products: Every work space in the new corporate office was meticulously designed and furnished to maximize the use of the space and increase productivity and collaboration.

A small conference room includes Conferencing Solutions table and seating from Kimball Office. OstermanCron was able to match furniture in the smaller conference room with existing seating in an adjacent larger conference room.

Why the furniture worked: With an open floor plan, the Xsite workstations were integral to the project's success.
