Objective: When Colliers relocated to Atrium II in downtown Cincinnati, they wanted their new office to project a distinctive image with high appeal. A dual objective was to create an integrated, open office environment that encouraged collaborative teamwork.

Project: Provide furnishings for one private office, 25 open offices, one large training room, a soft seating open conference area, a break room, and two huddle rooms.

Products: Cetra, Traxx & Tile, Versteel tables, HBF reception station, and Web lounge from Davis.

Why the furniture worked: The clean design and workmanship of the furniture helped create Collier's distinctive image. The furniture's wood accent integrated well with the architectural finishes. The system's layout utilized Traxx mounted on drywall as well as the more traditional panel mounting.
Why OstermanCron? For over ten years, OstermanCron has consistently delivered personal service, provided breadth of product, and problem resolution to meet Collier's furniture expansion needs.
Services: In addition to providing the new furniture, OstermanCron integrated existing Tecknion furniture and coordinated reupholstery of panels.

Design: Jim Terry at Terry-DeRees Associates (www.terry-derees.com) featured free-standing columns and custom lighting as a focal point at the suite entrance. OstermanCron teamed with Jim and his project designers to specify and price products to meet the requirements of Colliers.
