Keith has over 19 years of industry experience. He helped pioneer and implement the earliest concepts of the healthy office, and continues to promote and educate on the profound benefits of ergonomic comfort. In 1997, along with Joel Osterman, Keith co-founded OstermanCron.

Serving as General Manager at OstermanCron where she directs and leads marketing initiatives, Susan brings a wealth of industry experience to OstermanCron. After earning a degree in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University, Susan immediately entered the office furniture industry where she has worked for over 18 years.

Marcia Wright:
Executive Sales Consultant
Marcia serves as an executive sales consultant to OstermanCron while living abroad in Switzerland. Marcia previously served as vice president of sales, and continues to provide her indepth knowledge and support to OstermanCron's clients.
Becky van Leur:

Becky van Leur brings to OstermanCron over 18 years of sales experience in commercial furnishings, most recently with Loth Mbi in Cincinnati where she specialized in the health care industry and corporate accounts. Becky earned an Interior Design degree from Eastern Kentucky University.

With 12 years of sales experience in commerical furnishings at both the dealer and manufacturer levels, Chris brings a broad scope of product knowledge to every project. Chris earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University.

An industry veteran, John brings over 11 years of experience to OstermanCron where he is responsible for new business development in Greater Cincinnati. John holds a BA in Speech and Journalism from Morehead State University.

Diana brings over 19 years of industry experience to OstermanCron. Previous job responsibilities included major account support including sales assistant and invoicing. She has extensive experience in meeting the demands of large clients including Procter & Gamble, Ohio National, Fidelity, Harris Broadcasting, Cornerstone, Chiquita, and Arthur Andersen.

Mary has worked in the wholesale office supply market for 13 years where she has developed strong project management skills. Additional experience includes customer service, warehouse management, and administration.

Suzanne joins OstermanCron with over 16 years in the furniture industry. She earned a degree in Interior Design from Miami University and has strong capabilities in furniture specification, space planning and project management.

For the last six years, Angie has worked in the office furniture industry providing sales support, and project/account management for large clients. Through her previous experience, she has extensive knowledge of Kimball's furniture solutions. Angie earned an associates degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.

Elisabeth Pflasterer:

A graduate of Miami University with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Elisabeth brings a wide knowledge of design-oriented computer programs to OstermanCron. She has over five years of design experience, and assists in furniture specification as well as renderings using Kimball and National's 3-D imaging program, Emagine.

After earning a degree in Systems Analysis with a minor in Accounting from Miami University, Diane worked for ten years at the Federal Reserve Bank. She has 14 years of experience in the office furniture industry, and now handles accounting and administration at OstermanCron.
