Industry: Law firm and title insurance agency Objective: Matre & Matre Co., LPA was moving into the new office tower at Pictoria Corporate Center in Springdale, Ohio and desired to share its office suite with the partners’ second company, StoneBridge Land Title Agency, Inc. The client wanted a rich, upscale image for both the law firm and for the title agency, and desired space that would allow for efficient workspace and elegant, open and accessible space for the title company’s closing services, keeping an eye to public access. The client also desired that each of its attorney offices were easily accessible to the support staff and file storage. Project: 16 workstations, private office, board room, breakroom and a large lobby. Products: Kimball office Interworks, Cetra and Kimball Office lobby furniture. Why the furniture worked: The client needed the title company workstation design to complement the voluminous number of files associated with the real estate closing process. The law firm staff workstations were designed with an eye towards client confidentiality and adapted to an entirely different paper flow than the title company’s flow. Why OstermanCron? Matre & Matre needed a design company that would be sensitive to its need for a sleek, yet friendly, contemporary aesthetic, while balancing the need for functionality. OstermanCron’s staff understood that the client wanted the office suite to seamlessly flow from the building’s design and wanted to blend the use of fine woods in the lobby of the building into their own space.
