"Once the project had been awarded to OstermanCron, I knew from experience that their furniture portion of the project was in good hands. Their reliability, commitment and focus on service ensured they would attend to the details and follow-up throughout the project. Joel Osterman and his team went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction."

Industry: Education

Objective: A new 74,000 square foot building was constructed to house 300 students, grades 9-12. The selection committee focused on creating an up-to-date environment with organized, functional workspaces, that also reflected the school's high-end educational reputation.

Project: OstermanCron furnished about 70% of the project including administrative offices and classroom chairs.

Products: Kimball Office products included Traxx, Interworks, Definition, Event, Coliseum, and Associate. National product included Triumph chairs.

Why the furniture worked: Budget allowances for different student areas, workspaces and administrative offices varied. Because OstermanCron represents many furniture manufacturers, we were able to mix and match furniture lines, fabrics and finishes to create a cohesive, finished look throughout the facility.

The Traxx product line gave the flexibility to work around architectural structures such as windows. By varying the height of the Traxx panels in the workstations, Seven Hills was able to achieve an open office environment while still maintaining a level of privacy.

Why OstermanCron? OstermanCron's furniture solution was preferred over the competition because of its overall value to the client. They were able to achieve a high-end image, coupled with functional, organized features, at an attractive price point.

Services: Wessels Workplace Services installed the project.
